A couple from Zurich, Hotel Ollastu on the Costa Corallina near Olbia, Sardinia, Italy, and a celebration that was more than one evening. We flew to Sardinia with the band and stayed three days.
The Ollastu lies in the north-east of the island, among granite rocks, macchia and the clear water of Gallura. The party took place under a roof of string lights, open to the garden, while the sun set over the sea.
After dinner the room became a dance floor. The bride sang along to almost every chorus, and by «Wannabe» at the latest nobody was standing on the sidelines. We played until well after midnight.
Afterwards we stayed a few more days. By boat we went to the small islands off the coast, with swimming stops in coves you can only reach from the water. Italy, just as you would wish after a celebration like that.
