Live band for corporate events
A corporate event brings people together who may rarely share the same room. The formal programme has its place. What happens afterwards can be just as important. MAXiN plays galas, anniversaries and client events in Switzerland and across Europe as a Swiss live band. Clients include UBS, Google, Porsche and one of the best-known watchmakers. Many of these evenings begin with speeches and end in a party nobody had put on the programme.
MAXiN brings its own sound and lighting, from L-Acoustics, ACME and Astera, and considers how the equipment fits the room from the outset. Line-up and volume are set by the room and the programme, and when the event needs space for conversation or an award, the band steps back. We work directly with companies, agencies and event planners; you will not find MAXiN on booking portals.
In the standard line-up MAXiN costs CHF 4500 to 7500 depending on the date and set-up, and up to CHF 11000 in the largest line-up with eight to nine musicians. There are no hourly surcharges. A Friday in February is not a Saturday in June. We’ll give you the price for your evening after a first conversation.
Band for company parties
In June the tables stand on the company grounds; in September the boat casts off. MAXiN plays company parties in halls such as THE HALL in Dübendorf, Freiruum in Zug and the Giesserei Oerlikon, at the Kongresshaus Zürich and every year on the MS Sonnenkönigin on Lake Constance. After dinner the ties come loose, and by eleven the management is dancing next to the apprentices.
Christmas party with a live band
In December MAXiN plays many company Christmas parties, in 2025 including at the Bürgenstock Resort, the Kongresshaus Zürich and Freiruum in Zug. Sound and lighting are in place before the drinks reception begins.
Gala, anniversary and client event
A gala has speeches, an award, sometimes a film. The band knows the running order in advance, plays the guests in, steps back during the speeches and takes over the room afterwards. Venues include the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, the Victoria-Jungfrau in Interlaken, the Grand Hotel National and the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lucerne, and the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon.
